Marking the largest State Marketing Workshop to date, 126 participants from 48 states and the District of Columbia, RBFF and its partners and sponsors convened in Atlanta, Georgia December 9-11, 2014 to share ideas and help shape the future of recreational boating and fishing. Participants heard about customer engagement and retention strategies, the latest consumer research and trends, and how to reach new audiences to increase fishing and boating participation. State agency representatives also shared and discussed new and innovative programs and initiatives being implemented to engage with their customers.
