Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery in partnership with the Russell County Cooperative Extension Service will kick off the 2012 – 2013 4-H Fishing Club season on September 4th, 2012! Each meeting will offer a fish related topic from discovering aquatic habitats, wetlands hike, stream survey, and fishing on the creek! Monthly gatherings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month at the hatchery from 5 – 6 p.m. CST. The program is offered FREE of charge for all ages! Sign up at our first meeting!

Run by all-volunteer staff of certified and master instructors, the Michigan Council of Trout Unlimited Fly-fishing School takes place over 3 days near Traverse City, Michigan, and includes casting, landing fish, knots, bugs, fly-tying, reading the water, etiquette and more.
