National Fishing and Boating Week is a national celebration of fishing and boating that always takes place the first full week of June.  National Fishing and Boating Week is the perfect reason to get out on the water and experience the joys of boating and fishing.  Most states' Free Fishing Days occur during National Fishing and Boating Week.



 
National Marina Day(June 8, 2013)
National Marina Day is a nationwide boating event dedicated to helping the boating industry grow boating participation across North America.  Local National Marina Day events are hosted in marinas across the country in celebration.

National Hunting and Fishing Day(September 28, 2013)

American Rivers: River Action Day  
American Rivers is a conservation organization dedicated to protecting and restoring healthy natural rivers and the variety of life they sustain for people, fish and wildlife.  They deliver innovative solutions to improve river health, raise awareness among decision-makers and the public, and serve and mobilize the river conservation movement.
